At ACC, we aim to bring the church together regardless of age, race, gender, economics or any other dividing wall between different types of people. We encourage families to worship together believing that families that grow closer to Jesus together grow closer to each other. This way they can build a foundation that will foster seeking Jesus for eternity.
We also know that not all children are ready for structure in the worship service. Wherever we gather to worship we want to provide a place for ACC kids to feel safe and loved. We want parents to worship secure in knowing their children are being taken care of well and learning basic truths from scripture to prepare them to join their families one day in the worship service
We encourage children who attend worship gatherings with their families to come to Sunday School. Sunday School is a more age appropriate and in depth study of the bible stories than are taught in Children's Church.
Children's Church is available to children that are not ready to attend worship gatherings with their families. This is offered at any gathering time for children that are 3 years old or older. With the help of our ACC Kids Serve team, your children will spend time learning worship songs, bible stories, memory verses, and praying.
We consider ourselves partners with parents to lead their children to know Jesus better. We send home a "weekly reflection" to keep parents informed of what their children are learning during Children's Church, so they can keep reflecting during the week.
