READ: Hebrews 11:23-24; Exodus 1:22-2:10. Invite different group members to read the passage out loud, two or three times. Each time, use a different Bible translation.

Spend 2 minutes in silent prayer. After two minutes, have someone close in prayer.

Q1 – Who has the most radical faith you know? What sets their faith apart? Did the message this week bring anyone else to mind?

Q3 — When you think of platforms, what comes to mind? In contrast, what does

it mean to be a pillar, in your faith, family, church, or community?

Q4 — Who are the Spiritual Fathers and/or Mothers in your life? What do you admire most about their faith? How would you describe their impact on your life? Explain why.

Q5 — What are your spiritual gifts? How are those being fanned into flame in your life?

Q6 — In what ways can you use your gifts or position to call out potential in others?

Revolutionary faith requires radical submission to the divine story.

Q7 — What is it in your story currently and historically, that has been the hardest thing for you to trust God with? What counter-cultural step could God be inviting you into to walk in daily trust and faith for that thing?

Q8 — Sometimes submission can look or feel like surrender, but it’s critical to know how they differ. What are the differing characteristics of these two terms? How is radical submission different than surrender?

CHALLENGE:

Fasting — Fast one meal this week and spend that time in focused prayer and solitude. Ask the Lord to reveal more of who He is, and who you are in Him. Invite Him to show you what He may be asking you to surrender into His care.
